  • Arrangement for Site Visit: Request (with two different time slots) should be made 7 days  before the proposed date via e-mail. If the room/venue is occupied, staff will arrange a visit to the similar room/venue if needed.
  • All rooms are facilitated with FREE WIFI.

  1. Seating capacities are calculated based on seminar setting.
  2. Certain audio-visual equipment will incur extra charger, please ask staff for details.

  4. Available renting period: A 09:30-12:30; B 14:30-17:30; C 19:00-22:00. Each section is 3 hours. At least 1 section is required to reserve the activity room.
  5. Rooms will be assigned by our staff.

  7. Please list all required tables, chairs, white board, audio-facilities, WIFI during booking. User should arrange their setup.
  8. $300 deposit will be collected upon arrival and to be returned if the venue is well resumed.
